This customer called us yesterday to do an emergency repair since its been raining the last couple of days.
This particular roof had two different surfaces which complicated the repair.

It was difficult to find the leak knowing that the roof is old and aging process bring many things that we had to consider.
We found the leak close to the wall so we decided to install an aluminum flashing to separate that area and apply the sealer.
On the vinyl roof, we apply an EPDM product to make sure that no leak was around that area.
On the other hand, in order to eliminate every single window for water to enter in the house, we fixed all exterior siding that got damage by the wind.
